Alyson Howard

As a competitive soccer player since U6, I've had the unique opportunity to play on boys soccer teams for middle and high school along with my club teams. This year, as a freshman, I was the starting defensive midfielder for Varsity. Playing against boys has taught me to think quicker. I enjoy playing the midfield because I get to be a part of all the action and my endurance is unmatched on my teams, but I can play any position. I am a natural ball distributor and love to set my teammates up to score. I'm a natural lefty but comfortable making plays with either foot. I'm a humble player and take correction well, always striving to be better. I've also managed to carry my passion for basketball with me along the way. My hope is to find a way to do both as a collegiate athlete.
