Personal Statement
My name is Aly Broekhuizen, and I play center back for the Michigan Jaguars 2008 U17 Girls Academy 2 team and the Saline High School varsity team. I’m a junior at Saline High School in Michigan. Outside of soccer, I focus on my academics, maintaining a 3.98 unweighted GPA and a 4.04 weighted GPA with a mix of AP and honors courses. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends. I have a twin brother who also plays soccer, and we train together. I’m interested in continuing my soccer career at the collegiate level while pursuing a career in pediatrics.
