Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Ally Schmidt, Junior & Class of 2023. I have been playing volleyball for as long as I can remember and started club in 5th grade and my love for the sport had grown ever since. I have played varsity every year of my high school career. I have played Right Side, Middle, or Outside with Outside being the primary position. Versatility is my greatest strength on the court. I can step into any position on the front row when asked. I play for MAVS KC, one of the top clubs in the Kansas City Region and Blue Valley Southwest. My high school plays in the Eastern Kansas League, the # 1 ranked conference in Kansas, and was recognized as of the one top players in the conference this fall. I live with my parents and two sisters in the Kansas City area.
