Personal Statement
I’m a dedicated honors student, committed athlete, good teammate, and also involved in charities benefiting my community. I reach for the stars no matter how high and always look to improve myself. I have been playing and loving volleyball since 6th grade. I made my varsity volleyball team as a freshman, making it to State Playoffs two years in a row and have played club since 12’s, making the highest level team and played open level starting my second year. In 2022, our club team received a bid to Nationals. I work hard and don’t give up easily. One of my favorite quotes is “A great pleasure in life is doing things people say you cannot do” - Walter Bagehot.
