Personal Statement
My name is Aline Mambourg, but my teammates call me Belgium. I play second base and outfield. I am a Freshman at Brentsville District Highschool in Prince William county and had the honor of playing for Brentsville last year as an 8th grader. I started playing softball when I was 8 and have been around the sport encouraging my older sister since I was younger. Every year, my goal is to improve my skills to become the best player I can on the field. Outside of softball I enjoy reading and playing the flute. I am also a part of the freshman Student Council Association at my school. A fun fact about me is that I am bilingual French-English, which is also where I got my nickname from.
