Personal Statement
I am a well rounded student athlete who has been competing since 2nd grade. I am in my third year as a Varsity basketball player and this year I am one of the team captains. I lettered in lacrosse as a freshman. My leadership skills helped earn me the MVP for our team and I was also selected for All-Conference Team. I was a member of our volleyball team for two years. I earned Scholar-Athlete status 4 out 5 seasons. I take part in our Unified Sports Program. I am a member of Student Council, the Rise Above group, and a member of our Veteran's Day Committee. Outside of school, I am a certified youth lacrosse referee. I have been a basketball camp counselor for the past two summers and during off season clinics. I also have a job while balancing my studies. I plan to major in nursing.
