Personal Statement
My name is Alexis Onthank, I am a lacrosse goalie for Wilton High School and CT Grizzlies. Both teams have shown me how to be a great team leader. My strengths are my vocalness in the cage, my movement outside of the crease, and my devotion to the sport. These qualities help me be a leader and quarterback for my defense. When not on the field I share my knowledge of the position coaching younger goalies through CT Grizzlies. I also work at a daycare after school as a teacher's assistant, and I’m an Intern with my town's local children's theater. Last spring I was a captain for JV Wilton Lacrosse and was given the sportsmanship award by the Wilton Lacrosse Association. I am looking for a team that has a great family-like culture and has the drive to win!
