Personal Statement

I attend the Harker School in San Jose, where I was awarded MVP for the Harker Volleyball team and selected as captain, leading the team to a 12-0 league record, a league championship, and a fourth-place finish at Spikefest. I play club volleyball for Vision Volleyball Club and am grateful for my amazing coach and teammates. Off the court, I scored a 35 on the ACT and take challenging courses. I am an officer in the Student Diversity Coalition, focusing on fostering positive change. Passionate about grit in athletes, I am head of internal affairs for our Women in Sports Club. Combining my love for leadership and athletics, I founded Volleleaders, a nonprofit empowering athletes to develop perseverance and passion. I look forward to continuing my volleyball journey in college!
