Personal Statement
My name is Alexis, but I go by A.J., and I am a class of 2025 graduate. My goal has been to play college soccer for years, and I love the sport. I have been a captain for my high school and club teams for the last 2 years, and my greatest skills on the field are communication, intelligence, and encouragement. I love art, and I enjoy drawing and painting with inks and watercolors. I also run for the varsity track team at my high school, mostly the 800 m race, but sometimes I do the mile and 2 mile as well. I am a part of my school band as a Percussionist, and I mostly play mallets for that (marimba, xylophone, vibraphone, etc), but sometimes I get roped into doing auxiliary or snare.
