Personal Statement
Hard working, dedicated and a coachable athlete are some of the adjectives that would best describe me. I've been playing lacrosse for 8 years and I'm looking to continue my love of the sport through college. I am a five year member of the Cross Country team and a 2 time captain as well as a four year member of the Winter Track team. Finding the right home academically and athletically is very important! The adjectives I used to describe myself above also describe me as a student. I have a 90+ average, have taken both AP and IB classes, I am a member of the French Honor Society and French Club. Volunteering is important as well, shown by my multiple years of service with Hauppauge TOPS (Special needs soccer) as well as making cards for people at hospitals and senior homes.
