Personal Statement
I started playing lacrosse, wrestling, basketball and football when I was 7, and today I continue to play lacrosse and football. I feel that cross training in all of these sports has helped make me the lacrosse player and defender that I am today by encouraging toughness, physicality and tenaciousness. I try and couple these traits with working on my stick skills and clearing ability and growing my game IQ. The most important traits to success in sports are being the best teammate you can be and having the desire to go the extra mile to get better every day. Results do not come magically but are achieved through hard work and dedication. I tend to be quieter but always try and have an upbeat attitude and lead by example.
