Personal Statement
My name is Alessandra Stevens and I live in Hanover, PA. I attend South Western High School and I am a 2025 graduate. I play predominantly forward and midfield for my school as well as my club team, WC Eagles in Spring City, PA. I began my field hockey journey in 7th grade. This was the first year field hockey was offered at my school, and I didn’t know what to expect. I ended up really enjoying it and after the fall I joined my first club. Field hockey has taught me many things, including discipline, hard work, and responsibility. I want to continue playing in college because I really enjoy this sport, and I want to excel and learn new things and gain new experiences on the field and in the classroom.
