Alena Montez

I am currently playing on Forged Lacrosse club team and my high school varsity team as a senior in the spring. I am an A-B student and in my free time attend the gym, lifeguard and recently I have been shadowing a physical therapist because I am interested in studying the practice in college since it has helped me greatly as a competitive athlete. Freshman year I practiced with the men's team because we had no program for the girls. Now I am a Captain on my women's varsity high school team. I am proud to have been one of the girls who started my team and I hope to be the first girl at my school to sign into college for women’s lacrosse after my hard work on and off the field. I want to leave my legacy at my school I have been attending since I was 3 with the next level of lacrosse.
