Personal Statement
My name is Ailish Bender and I'm a 15- year old sophomore at Mission Vista High School in Oceanside CA. I've played volleyball since 4th grade, and my love for the sport is unwavering. As well as playing on my high schools Division 1 volleyball Varsity team, I also play for our D2 Varsity's softball. Learning both sports has helped me in many ways and aspects of my life. I would describe myself as a supportive, charismatic teammate that always looks to hype my teammates up, and insure that everyone is playing to their full capability and confidence. Playing college volleyball has always been a goal of mine, and I hope that my hard work will show, and pay off eventually.
