Aileen Lawton

Lacrosse has been a constant passion for me since 3rd grade, when I discovered that it was a perfect outlet for the restless energy associated with my ADHD, helping me to focus and build long-lasting friendships. I take pride in my unselfish style of play, my "team first" work ethic, and being coachable. I have excellent field vision and am excited to feed when the opportunity presents itself, but I am aggressive on the cage with the ball. While I am a natural righty, I'm equally proficient with my left, and when "off-ball," I focus on positioning to create lanes and opportunities for other offensive players. While I find the process ahead a bit frightening, I also find it very exciting and look forward to the journey and where it may bring me. Winter Track times: 1000m - 3:38:04
