Hi, My name is Afton Helmick. I live in Haymarket Virginia and I go to Highland School in Warrenton. I play on Yellowjackets South and I have been playing lacrosse for 11 years now. I play mainly midfield and I love to run. My favorite thing about lacrosse is the friendships and the team. For school, I also play field hockey and I play midfield or a forward. I have a twin sister and a younger sister. In my free time, I like to hang out with my friends and family watch movies and do fun things.
