Personal Statement
I am a sophomore at Spanish Springs High School, located in Sparks, Nevada. I have participated in athletics my entire life including club soccer, basketball, track, cross-country, swimming, weight lifting competitions, and competitive dance. In the last couple of years, I have focused on volleyball as a libero/defensive specialist. I love the team aspect of the game, but I also enjoy pushing myself to improve my technical skills and be the best that I can be. The competitive nature of the sport has inspired me to pursue collegiate opportunities. I am an excellent student, with a 4.25 GPA, taking honors, advanced placement, dual credit, and CTE courses, and hoping to major in the medical field.
