Hi, my name is Ady Lyday. I am a 2024 at New Albany High School in Columbus, Ohio. I’ve been playing lacrosse for 12 years and club lacrosse for 8 years. I love every minute I get to play on the field. When I’m not playing lacrosse I love to hang out with family and friends, play with my dogs and just enjoy the moments. I’m planning on continuing my academic career in either the sports medicine field or nursing field where I can help people and still be involved with sports in some way. I love getting to meet new people and being able to travel for lacrosse. That’s just a few things about me! Thanks!
