Personal Statement
I love spending time with my family and friends when I'm not focused on working hard in the classroom and on and off the softball field. I enjoy language arts, especially writing papers and I take weights as a class at school because I consider lifting a hobby of mine. I also participate in Student Council, Spanish Club and SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) at my high school. Outside of school I help with an organization called Optimist Miracle Movers (OMM). OMM is designed to give children with all types of disabilities the opportunity to play sports that they otherwise would not be able to participate in. I help as a 1 on 1 buddy to a child and it is so much fun!
