Personal Statement
I have been playing hockey since I was a little girl on the sideline of my mom's field at West Essex. I love this sport and I want to play in college where I plan to be an impact player and an integral part of my team. I love to work hard and win, and I know how to fight. But, I also want to have teammates that I can call my sisters in 4 years. I have started for West Essex since my freshman year. As a freshman I scored 29 goals and 27 assists which had me ranked #3 among the top players in the state. As a sophomore I scored 33 goals and 31 assists ranking me #4 in NJ for each. I take an immense amount of pride on how I handle pressure and I want to perform best when my team needs me. I love creating the assist, or causing a corner when my team needs it because that is my job.
