Personal Statement
I am Addy Van Oosten, a 2025 OH playing for the Maryland Juniors VBC out of Jessup Maryland and Long Reach High School. I was selected for the 2024 AVCA Girls High School All-Region Team as well as the 2024 AVCA All-America Watch List and a recipient of the 2024 AVCA Best and Brightest award. I was named to the Baltimore Sun’s All-Howard County First Team in 2022, 2023, 2024 and was also recognized as a “Newcomer to Watch” in 2022. I plan to pursue studies in Physical Therapy or Sports Management. Volleyball has been such a big part of my life, in fact, my parents even met playing volleyball. I am a dedicated and hardworking student-athlete aiming to play at the highest possible level.
