Personal Statement
I have 2 older brothers and a younger sister and grew up going to my older brothers baseball, basketball and soccer games before I was old enough to play sports. My favorite childhood memories are camping with my family and summers at my grandparents house in Minnesota having fun in the lake. I have been playing volleyball since I was 7 and started playing club at 11. Volleyball has always been my happy place whether it's working hard in the gym or hanging with my teammates at tournaments. On the court I am a smart hitter who has many shots and love being the player they go to when they need a kill. I am hoping to find a college that has a close knit volleyball team to be my family away from my family.
