As a softball catcher, I've learned leadership goes beyond calling plays—it's about fostering team spirit and life skills. From framing pitches to coordinating defenses, I make communication and trust-building a priority. This role has developed my leadership beyond sports. Every game is a chance to collaborate and support my teammates. Balancing sports and academics has taught me time management and perseverance, working hard to maintain a 4.0 GPA. With discipline and growth, I aim to succeed in both and contribute to both individual and team success.
