Personal Statement
Since I first stepped on to the pitch, my goals were to: work at my craft, be the best person I could be, be the best teammate I could be & play at the highest level. I know that playing soccer @ a collegiate level can provide me a great opportunity to bring success to the university and to develop as a young man. I am a DEFENDER. I treat that term with honor and respect, knowing that my teammates expect me to do my job and 'lock down' the 'back 3rd.' I work hard at ball control, proper defensive technique & bring a tenacity to the pitch like no other. In school, I like to work interdependently...allowing my work to shine while collaborating as a part of a group. I pride myself on getting exceptional grades and understand the hard work it takes to achieve my education goals.
