Personal Statement
My name is Abby and I will be a senior at Souhegan High School this fall playing varsity lacrosse (captain), running varsity indoor track and field (junior and senior captain), and achieving honor roll status. I didn’t start playing lacrosse until spring of eighth grade but once I first picked up a stick, I never put it down. I tried out and made Granite State Elite that fall and made varsity as a freshman that spring playing in every game. Before playing lacrosse I was a competitive dancer and was involved in theater which has developed me into a creative player and taught me to never give up on a play because “the show must go on.” I enjoy challenging myself in all aspects of my life so I am looking for a school that will challenge me athletically and academically.
