New NCAA Lacrosse Recruiting Legislation: Everything You Need To Know

We are happy to announce that on Friday April 14th, the NCAA Division I Council voted to pass a new early recruiting proposal which has been a long time coming for the women’s and men’s lacrosse community.  This legislation (NCAA proposal 2017-1, formerly proposal 2016-26) bans college lacrosse coaches from communicating with prospective student-athletes (PSAs)

Quick Highlights: Brunswick 11, Deerfield 6

On April 1st, 2017, Brunswick took on rival and #2 ranked (UA/IL Top 25 HS rankings) Deerfield Academy in what historically is always a competitive game. Brunswick, ranked #16, used a big first-half to take down Deerfield in convincing fashion 11-6. Prior to this game, Brunswick had only beaten Deerfield twice in it's programs history. Very impressive win for Brunswick! Brunswick visits Kent School on Wednesday followed by a Saturday game vs. Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor. Check out the video for game highlights.
